Narrow is for the bare device. The wide fit accommodates your iPhone with a thin clear case or leather case. A smooth surface makes insertion easier. Rough silicone cases do not slide easily into the sleeve. Only the KINGSTON comes in both widths.
KIRKBY and SHETLAND are cut for the bare device. KINGSTON comes in a narrow fit for that.
CHESTER. The hardcase sits directly on the device and stays on while you use it. The other three are sleeves you take the iPhone out of.
Vegetable-tanned leather. On KIRKBY and on the leather covering of the CHESTER it is Italian leather. It is a natural material and develops its own patina with use.
The iPhone 18 Pro is the compact one of the two Pro models: 71.9 mm wide, 150 mm tall, 211 g. People who choose it over the Pro Max usually do so on purpose – it still sits in one hand and disappears into any pocket. A case should not give that away again.

Pro or Pro Max: which size is yours?
By Apple's figures the two Pro models differ by 6.1 mm in width and 13.4 mm in height, at the same depth. That sounds like little, but it is the difference between one-handed and two-handed – and for cases it means two separate sizes. Pick the wrong one and you either have too much play or the device will not go in.

Which case suits you?
Four designs does not mean four variations on one idea. The concepts differ, and the decision hangs on that.
With a case or without?
The choice hangs on this question, and it is rarely asked. A sleeve meant to fit every combination ends up fitting none of them properly: either the bare device slides around, or the device in its case will not go in.
So we keep them apart. KIRKBY and SHETLAND are cut for the bare iPhone 18 Pro. No room set aside for a second shell, and a firm fit in return. KINGSTON also comes in a wide fit – made for an iPhone that already sits in a thin, smooth case and should stay there. If you do not want a sleeve at all, but protection that stays on while you are on the phone, CHESTER is the right route.
Compact should stay compact
Choosing the Pro means deliberately choosing against the larger display. Which makes it illogical to fill that format back up with material until it feels like a Pro Max.
So we do not build as many layers as possible around the device; we put material where it does something. A sleeve works above all in a backpack or a bag, which is where scratches and knocks happen. While you are calling, typing or taking photos, you are holding the iPhone itself again, at its own size.
Leather and wool felt
Our leather is vegetable-tanned, a traditional process using plant-based tanning agents. The result is not a uniform material. Natural leather takes on marks, darkens where it is handled most and develops a patina. On something you pick up thirty times a day, that produces a surface over time that no second piece has in quite the same way.
The felt is 100% Merino wool felt, mulesing-free and made in Germany. Soft against the device, stable on the outside. Wool felt is naturally water-repellent and antistatic, and it insulates – on cold days that helps battery life.

Light leather shows patina earlier and more clearly, dark leather stays quieter, black is the most restrained choice.
A fit, not a universal size
A case meant for several device sizes at once has to give way somewhere. We take the other route and keep the variants clearly apart: KIRKBY and SHETLAND for the iPhone 18 Pro without an additional case, KINGSTON in either narrow or wide, CHESTER directly on the device. Which size label that is for each case is in the table further up.
One note that often prompts questions: sleeves in leather and felt sit tight at first. That is intended. Both materials give slightly after a few weeks and then sit exactly, instead of being too wide from the start.
Which case should you pick?
One question is enough: should protection sit on the iPhone permanently, or only when the device is not in your hand?
The case with the most features does not win. The one whose concept matches how you use the phone does.
