The following conditions apply:

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs within Germany and the EU are flat rate, except for deliveries to non-EU countries. These are either flat or based on weight.

Deliveries within Germany

Standard shipping: €2.90 (DHL) – 1–3 business days

Delivery to a Packstation

We offer the option to ship your order to a DHL Packstation. To do so, please choose DHL shipping and use the following address format:

Please ensure that the Post number and Packstation number are correct to ensure successful delivery.

UPS shipping (within Germany)

Orders placed by 12 noon – UPS Standard: €12.90
Note: No shipping on public holidays. Orders ship on the following business day.

UPS delivers Monday–Friday only. If shipped Friday, delivery will occur Monday or the day next.

Rest of the World (Non-EU, Non-USA)

Delivery in 2–14 days. Return shipping fees apply in case of returns.

Standard shipping: DHL / Deutsche Post: €6.90 –> 5–10 business days
Express shipping: Packages up to 2 kg: UPS Expedited: €34.90 --> 3–5 days business days

Notes

No deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

If your order includes items with different delivery times, we will ship in one parcel unless otherwise agreed. Delivery time will match the item with the longest delivery time.

Delivery Periods

Unless otherwise stated, delivery in Germany takes 2–5 days, international orders 5–7 days after contract conclusion.
No delivery on Sundays or public holidays.
Combined shipping applies to orders with different delivery times. Delivery time follows the item with the longest delivery time.
