What a company gives its own people says something about how it thinks about them. We make key cases, card holders and desk pads from Italian vegetable-tanned leather. Every piece is made by hand in Hamburg and can carry a name or your company logo.

The first question is not which product looks best. It is how your people are equipped.
If you roll out new devices, everyone gets the same model. Then a sleeve that fits exactly is the obvious gift: it is used from day one, and it protects something the company owns. For a software company we made more than 200 personalised device sleeves this way.
If the equipment grew over the years, it looks different. Some people work on a MacBook, some on a Surface, and part of the team only uses an iPad. You would first have to ask 200 people which device they have, and then order twelve different versions. Here, pieces that work for everyone are the better choice: keys, cards, the desk, travel.

If everyone gets the same model, a sleeve that fits exactly is the strongest gift. It is in their hands every day and protects the device they work on.

Each piece embossed on its own
Every piece can carry the name of the individual person instead of only the company logo. That turns a present into something personal.

The first day at work
People rarely forget their first day, so they rarely forget the gift that came with it. A key case or card holder with the new name can be on the desk before the person arrives.
The work anniversary
Ten, twenty-five, forty years. For a moment like this, a piece that lasts as long as the time it honours fits better than something you use up.
Christmas
The occasion with the largest quantities and the shortest time window. Embossing and small-batch production need lead time, so the end of October is the last calm moment to ask.
The farewell
For retirement or a move to a new role, an embossed piece is a quieter gesture than a signed card. It stays with the person long after the desk is cleared.

Sorted by price, so you can plan a budget per person. All prices are single-item prices including VAT. For larger quantities we prepare a separate quote.

Occasion and quantity
You tell us the occasion, the quantity and a rough budget per person. We suggest two or three products that fit.
Embossing and sample
You receive a sample of the embossing for approval. For logos we make a brass stamp first.
Production
Every piece is made by hand in Hamburg and embossed one by one on the hot foil press.
Delivery
Packed individually and delivered on time, to one address or to several sites, or to private addresses if you prefer.

What is the minimum quantity for employee gifts?
There is a minimum quantity for embossed small batches. The exact number depends on the product and on the type of embossing, so we confirm it in the quote. Tell us the quantity you have in mind and we will say right away whether it works.
Can each piece carry a different name?
Yes. Every piece is embossed by hand anyway, so individual names are no extra effort in production. We only need a list from you. The standard lettering holds eight characters.
How long does production take?
Standard products with embossing usually take a few weeks. Logo stamps and custom work need more lead time. For delivery in December, please ask by the end of October. Embossing and small-batch production cannot be rushed.
Are there tax rules for gifts to employees?
Many companies plan employee gifts around a tax-free allowance for benefits in kind. A large part of our selection is under 50 euro, including SELBY, ELLON, KESWICK, FESTMOKER, KINGSLEY, CORBY and the cable organizer set. How a gift is treated in your case depends on the occasion and on your payroll. Please clarify this with your tax adviser. We cannot give advice on it.
What do you recommend for the devices in our team?
If you roll out new devices and everyone gets the same model, a sleeve that fits exactly is the best solution. We have made series of more than 200 pieces this way. If the equipment grew over the years and is mixed, pieces that do not depend on a device are the calmer choice: key cases, card holders, desk pads or luggage tags fit everyone, and you do not need to collect device models first.
Do we get a sample first?
Yes. Before we start production you receive one sample piece with your embossing. We only continue once you approve it. That way you see how your logo really looks in the leather.
What are the products made of?
Vegetable-tanned cowhide from Italy and Merino wool felt from Germany. The leather has no coating. It grows darker with time and shows traces of use. That is intended: after a year, every piece looks a little different from day one.
