Working better with MOIRA
With the MOIRA desk pad, Pack & Smooch presents a reinterpretation of an office classic. „High-quality natural materials ground our digital working world through the way they feel", explains managing director Matthias Burkert. MOIRA is made by hand in our own workshop, from a merino wool felt blend developed for us. The stitched-on mouse pad is Italian vegetable-tanned leather.
Wool felt, the all-rounder
The blend is better than standard felt: particularly soft, yet dense and dimensionally stable. Durable, dirt-repellent, easy to care for. Felt is antistatic and insulating, warm in winter and cool in summer. Under a keyboard MOIRA dampens the sound of typing, which helps in open-plan offices and coworking spaces. Rolled up, it travels easily.
Everyday luxury
The mouse pad is worked directly into the felt surface, so your wrist rests on the combination of felt and leather. Fine stitching and a vertical leather logo patch set discreet accents. Other accessories such as the TAURUS wireless charger match it in material and colour. MOIRA suits right- and left-handed users equally.
