Protecting your privacy stopped being a niche concern a while ago. Our leather webcam cover is a solution that does not look like tech accessory: an ultra-thin leather patch that covers the camera and comes off again without residue.
Why a webcam cover?
A covered camera is the one protection no software can bypass. Tape does the job too, but it looks like tape. Our leather patch fits into the design of the device instead of spoiling it.
Cut for iPhone, iPad and MacBook
The cover is cut for the camera cutouts of iPhone, iPad and MacBook. It hides the lens reliably and is flat enough that a MacBook still closes with it in place.
Vacuum film instead of glue
On the back sits a vacuum film. It holds securely but comes off residue-free at any time and goes back on, even after many changes. No adhesive, nothing left on the housing.
For anyone who lives in video calls
If you are in meetings all day, you do not want to re-tape the camera every time. The cover simply stays on and slides aside when you need it.
From the same leather as our sleeves
It is made from vegetable-tanned leather from Tuscany, the same leather that goes into our MacBook sleeves and bags and our iPad sleeves. Every patch is cut in our Hamburg workshop.
